Can the Goplus really be used as a treadmill?

Its stated top speed is 7.5 mph, which covers jogging for most people. It is still a compact machine, so it is louder and firmer under foot than a full-size treadmill.

Which slides under a desk better?

The C2. The Goplus arm folds down but the frame is deeper, so clearance under low desks is tighter.
