Head-to-head

WalkingPad P1 vs Egofit Walker Pro: deck length or incline?

These two premium pads pull in opposite directions. The P1 is about room to stride: 47.2 inches of deck, 17.3 inches wide, folding in half for storage.

The Egofit is about effort in a small space. Its deck is 40" x 14.2", but it sits at a fixed 5° rise, which raises your heart rate without raising the speed — useful when you are typing.

FAQ

Is a 5° incline noticeable?
Yes. A fixed rise increases the work of each step, which is the point of the Egofit — you get a harder session at the same slow, typing-friendly speed.
Is the Egofit belt too narrow at 14.2 inches?
It is the narrowest here. If you walk with a wide gait or drift side to side, the P1's 17.3-inch belt is the safer pick.
Does the P1 have any incline?
No. It is a fixed-deck pad; the extra money buys deck size and build, not incline.
Which suits a standing desk better?
The Egofit if the footprint is the constraint, the P1 if you are tall enough to need deck length under a standing desk.
