Head-to-head

WalkingPad C2 vs Sunny SF-T1407M: motorized or manual?

This is the fundamental fork in the category: a motorized desk pad that sets your pace, or a manual deck that you drive yourself.

The C2 folds in half, slides under a desk and holds a steady 1–3.72 mph so you can type. The T1407M has no motor at all, costs less, and has handrails that keep it out from under any desk.

FAQ

Can I work while using a manual treadmill?
Rarely comfortably. Manual walking requires more push and usually a hand on the rail, so it is a session machine rather than a desk machine.
Which is quieter?
The manual T1407M has no motor hum at all, but your own footfall is louder on it. The C2 is quiet enough for calls at desk pace.
Which is better value?
The T1407M is cheaper, but only useful if you will do standalone walks. For desk hours the C2 earns its price by being usable while you work.
Does the C2 have incline?
No. If incline matters and you also want desk use, the Egofit Walker Pro is the model to look at.
