Head-to-head

WalkingPad C2 vs Sperax 2-in-1 walking pad

The Sperax is the machine to look at if you want something to hold. Its handrail folds flat when you do not need it, and its stated 300 lb capacity is the highest in our line-up.

The C2 asks you to walk unsupported, but rewards you with a lower profile, a folding deck and a much easier life under a desk.

FAQ

Does the Sperax handrail get in the way of a desk?
Yes, to a degree — even folded it adds depth at the front, so the deck will not tuck as far under a desk as a bare pad like the C2.
Which is better for older walkers?
Generally the Sperax, because the rail gives a point of contact when stepping on and off. Our seniors guide covers this in more detail.
Is the C2 unsafe without a handrail?
No, but you should start it at the lowest speed and step on with the belt already moving slowly, holding the desk edge if you want support.
Which lasts longer?
Neither has a documented advantage. Both last longest when used at walking speeds, kept off deep carpet and wiped clean under the belt.
